History

Chiostro dei Domenicani is an historical building of the XV century. It represents one of the most important cultural symbols in Salento and after a long renovation it has been brought back to his original majesty. The Cloister is the real gem made with Lecce Stone, but the same important is conferred to the columns with Doric capitals, the frescoes and the Chapel that used to be pilgrimage destination in the past.
